Once your rental is confirmed, you'll receive your personal access code immediately and can start using your unit during gate hours.

• 5×5 (25 sq ft): Perfect for boxes, seasonal items, small furniture - like a walk-in closet
• 10×10 (100 sq ft): Fits a 1-bedroom apartment or small office
• 10×20 (200 sq ft): Holds contents of a 2-3 bedroom home
• 10×40 (400 sq ft): Large enough for vehicles, boats, or entire household

Yes! Once your rental is complete, you'll receive your access code immediately and can move in the same day during gate hours (6:00 AM - 9:00 PM daily). No waiting period required!

Our rates start at just $70/month and vary by unit size. All units are climate-controlled and include 24/7 security surveillance. Current pricing:

• • Medium units (10×8 to 10×10): Starting at $70/month
• • Large units (15×8 to 20×10): Starting at $192/month
• • Extra Large units (20×12 to 10×40): Starting at $365/month

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. You can set up automatic monthly payments (auto-pay) for convenience, or pay online through your account portal anytime.

We require first month's rent to secure your unit. Our rentals are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel anytime with proper notice.

No hidden fees! The monthly rate you see is what you pay. There may be a one-time administrative fee upon move-in, but we'll clearly explain all costs before you commit.

Gate Access: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM, 7 days a week (including holidays)

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM, Saturday 9 AM-4 PM, Sunday Closed

Your security is our top priority! Our facility features:

Only you and people you authorize can access your unit. You can add authorized users to your account at any time. We recommend using a high-quality disc lock or cylinder lock for maximum security.

Yes! 100% of our units are climate controlled, maintaining optimal temperature (68-78°F) and humidity (30-50%) year-round. This protects your belongings from extreme weather, heat damage, and moisture.

Yes! We have ground floor units with convenient drive-up access for easy loading and unloading. We also have a freight elevator for access to upper floor units, plus free carts and dollies available.

Yes! We sell boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap, locks, and other moving supplies on-site for your convenience. Our staff can help you determine what you need.

For safety and legal reasons, you cannot store:

• • Hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable items
• • Perishable food items
• • Live animals or plants
• • Stolen goods or illegal items
• • Firearms or ammunition (check local laws)

Simply contact our office to provide your move-out notice. We typically require 10-day notice before the end of your billing cycle. Make sure your unit is completely empty and your lock is removed before your final date.

Our billing is monthly and we do not provide prorated refunds. Make sure to time your move-out notice appropriately to avoid paying for an extra month.
